A new service from the Fair Work Commission offers free legal advice on employment matters such as unfair dismissal and workplace bullying cases.

The Workplace Advice Service is available to small business owners in Western Australia who don’t have in-house legal, workplace relations or human resources staff. As part of the service, eligible business owners will be able to arrange an appointment with a lawyer for free legal advice.

Lawyers used by the Workplace Advice Service are completely independent from the Fair Work Commission and work at law firms or other legal organisations.

Visit the Fair Work Commission website for more information on the Workplace Advice Service, including the eligibility criteria.
